   Ich habe jetzt ein Häkchen bei “use country field as part of address” (unter general) gesetzt, das hat es ebenfalls gelöst.

   Da ich meine Adressen bisher ohne Landesangaben gemacht habe, wenn sie in Deutschland waren klappt das bei mir natürlich immer noch nicht. Ein Defaultwert für das Land kann man auch nicht angeben, also habe ich mir ein kleines Skript gemacht, dass alle Adressen durchgeht und die Landesangabe ergänzt falls sie nicht angegeben ist:

   tell application “Address Book”
   repeat with p in people
   repeat with addr in addresses of p
   set co to (country of addr)
   if co is missing value then
   display dialog “Das Land von ” & (name of p) & ” in ” & (city of addr) & ” wird korrigiert”
   set country of addr to “Germany”
   end if
   end repeat
   end repeat
   end tell
